"Mist in Autumn" - Lyrics and Music

About the song

This song was simply written about the lengths that you go to for the one you love.
The first line of the song to be written was 'because my love for you is as deep as the mist in autumn'. The order of the lines of the rest of the song was a bit of a shambles as you can see from the notepad but it came together in the end.
The song repeats the chorus line at the end, but with an A minor on the penultimate line - which helps draw the song to an obvious close. I always think it's important for people listening to a song, to know when the songs about to finish.
